    Features and Benefits:

Quick, economical installation Low-profile fastener Double-staggered-grip pattern that doesn’t degrade the integrity of the belt carcass Operates quietly and interfaces seamlessly with conveyor components Options: Two Hook Styles: Unibar® Fasteners – Clipper hooks welded to a common bar to enhance installation safety and ease the meshing of belt ends Carded Fasteners – Individual hooks are secured on a carding paper for safe handling. Wide variety of wire diameters, materials, leg and point lengths, strip lengths Multiple Installation Methods: Maintenance Lacers with Roller Lacing Technology™ – Lightweight, portable installation tools which gently and precisely roll the hooks into the belt for a low-profile splice Production Lacers – For high-volume production lacing Specialty Lacers Applications: For belts up to 25/34” (10mm) thick with mechanical fastener ratings up to 125 P.I.W. (21 kN/m) and minimum pulley diameters from 15/16” – 7” (24 - 175 mm)

  • Flexco Alligator

    Features and Benefits:

Alligator® Lacing is available in continuous lengths to i t any belt width and provides uniform tension across the full belt width. The one-piece fastener strip also ensures that there are no loose pieces to work themselves out of the belt and into the conveyed product. Designed for belts from 1/32” to 1/2” ( .8 mm to 12.5 mm)*, Alligator Belt Lacing installation requires no special tools, only a hammer. h e lacing is secured with teeth that embed lengthwise on the belt, providing a strong, vise-like hold. Clips hold gauge rod and lacing i rmly and squarely against the belt during the installation process to ensure a strong, straight splice. h e straight splice also helps ease hinge pin insertion.

    Features and Benefits:

Flexco® Bolt Solid Plate fasteners are engineered to meet the demands of the toughest material handling applications, providing a strong, sift-free splice with superior holding ability. A choice of sizes accommodates belts from 3/16” (5 mm) to over 15/16” (24 mm) thick.

    High strength

High strength is the result of superior design and plate compression on both the top and bottom sides of the belt. High tensile strength bolts compress top and bottom plates to distribute splice tension evenly across the entire width of each fastener plate. For added strength and pullout resistance, specially formed teeth penetrate deep into the belt carcass – without damaging carcass fi bers.

    Easy installation

Field-proven templets, punches, and boring tools make it easy to quickly and accurately prepare belts for fastener installation. Fasteners are easily installed on-site using portable hand tools or power tools. Our exclusive piloted bolts also contribute to faster installation.
